There will 3rounds... 1st is aptitudes 2nd technical nd 3rd hr round.... Actually dont waste ur time going nd attending interview.... People in indium soft have worst interview process.... One of my friend got selected.... They will tel you like you got selected.... Then will have training period.... They will kill u like anything for 15 days... By giving some projects and tey wont teach that too... At the end of 15th day... They will again filter people like among 25 people they will select one......

Prolonged waiting time in the company between each phases of interview. Lack of management skills with the Hr. The interview process was simple but the salary package is very low.
