From start to finish, my interview experience at Indigo was exceptional. I have interviewed at many companies, and none had as streamlined of a process as Indigo has. They truly prioritize candidate comfort and they did a fantastic job of thinking about the experience from the candidate's shoes.

They have multiple different types of interviews. Be ready to tell them who you really are. They divide up the interviews so some of the interviewers ask you about your qualifications, whereas some ask you about your personality and determine whether you'd be a good culture fit with the company.
