Virtual interview followed by a series of in person panel interviews with people from departments I’d interact with. Questions were a mix of standard and improvised. “At least thirty words”

Initial telephone screening interview followed by in-person panel interview with current people in the role and colleagues with whom the interviewee would interact. The final in-person interview was with the manager.
