Interview
It was super simple my current manager walked through what the job would be like and the mental and physical challenges that come with it and about 2 days later i received my offer by phone call!
It was very simple and easy. Basically hires you on the spot. Very quick process. They do not ask a lot of questions. You also go on a transport with someone to get a feel for the job.
