I applied online. I interviewed at Indiana University Health
Interview
Interview process took over 30 days, very inconvenient to wait that long. First had pre interview over the phone. I had to travel over an hour for interview so this was helpful to ask pertinent questions before going further with potential employer. Interview took place at health center with director, assistant manager and lab director. Questions were appropriate but not enough time for me really get to know how operations of clinic were being handled.

Question 1
Describe your most difficult situation and how did you resolve it.

Interview
Applied online and heard back a month and a half later. There is an initial Microsoft Teams interview with a team lead describing the role and responsibilities. The team lead also went over scheduling and the on-call rotation system they use. This initial interview is mainly used to ensure the applicant is interested in the role and if the applicant wants to continue you move on into an in-person interview with a job shadow as well.
The in-person interview consisted of the team lead and an additional senior lab assistant that will ask basic questions for the role. This part took about 30-45 minutes and was laid back and chill. The shadow was pretty interesting as they allotted about an hour for you to follow a senior lab assistant and ask questions and get a general vibe of the place. Overall the job shadow was pretty cool and I highly recommend anyone who does it the oppurtunity to ask questions and make as many observations as you can. After the shadow they will walk you out.
An hour was allotted for the interview but the process took about 30 minutes from introductions, to the questions and explanations, and walking out. I interviewed with two separate people who went back and forth asking questions.
