Formal but comfortable. My interviewer did not have any experience for the job they were interviewing me for though, and that became apparent very quickly after gaining employment. It would have been helpful if the interviewer hadn't presented themselves as a proficient team member within my area of specialty.

When was the last time you were late for work, and why?
After applying a recruiter reached out. After speaking to the recruiter a hiring manager then reached out. An interview was held with the manager and then the director joined briefly.

I started with an Online application. HR contacted me with a telephone interview. Then, from there, I had an in-person interview with different unit managers. Lastly, there was a peer review interview.

Interview
Phone interviews followed by in person shadow interview. Everyone was professional and kind and more than happy to answer any questions I had. They made the interview process much less stressful than I had anticipated it being.
