The process was extremely lengthy. There were several rounds of interviews including multiple hours on-site in back to back meetings with various groups. Time between interview rounds was also lengthy, so total time in process was at minimum 6 weeks if not more.

3 stages -- Phone interview, Zoom interview, In-Person interview
The HR team needs significant improvement and is extraordinarily unprofessional. Interview stages took a total of 6 weeks, culminating in a 4 hour in-person interview.
I received neither feedback, nor notice if I received the job or not... ball up top. The optime of an organization, with no organization.

Interview
The HR sucks in communication big time, and always ghosts candidates.
The interview process in itself is very long, and HR doesn't respect your time, or any deadlines they themselves set.
The interviews in itself are very behavioral. All the interviewers are very sweet and there is a lot of time to ask questions.
