I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Indian River State College (Vero Beach, FL)
Interview
I met with the department chairperson on a campus setting nearer to my residence. The Chairperson reviewed my resume, outlined the details of the course I would be teaching, and expressed that I would possibly be teaching on different campuses during different semesters. He asked me general questions about my experience and my teaching approach. He then asked me if I had any questions for him, which I did. He seemed very pleased with my experience and attitude and offered me the job.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Indian River State College
Interview
The interview took place over the phone. They had teachers leave last minute, which left them with a few classes without a teacher. They called me the day before the semester was set to begin. I was two weeks fresh of walking across the stage to receive my MA, so I took the job with little hesitation. They worked with me and provided flexibility to ensure I was ready to teach.
