The interview consists of three levels, GT test, psychological test and individual interview. Finally they will assess the marks obtained and will publish a shortlist. the marks of written and ssb interview is added to make a merit list. depending on the vacancy, personel ae selected.

The UPSC Exam is a written exam for those who apply with minimum 70% marks in Grade 12
Those who pass are invited for a 4 days long interview
Those who qualify undergo complete medicals
and finally the merit list based on the seats available

Interview
The interview is through the Service Selection Board at Banglaore or Bhopal (SSB for short). It consists of various tests which include Group Task to determine your leadership qualities, psychological tests to determine if you are officer material a one on one interview with an officer of the rank of a Colonel followed by a strict Medical. To make it to the interview you have to clear the UPSC Union Public Services Commision Exam. T
