      Application

The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Indeed

      Interview

In total talked to about 15+ people and recruiter said we can not setup next round until you clear first round. Over the time of 3 weeks I did 7-9 rounds at the end of the day no valuable feedback and they try to low ball you. Total waste of time and the reason why I decline the offer is because if unprofessional habits within the organization. Save your time and I bet you will find way better companies to work for than indeed.

A positive candidate experience is one of the biggest goals within our Talent Attraction team, so we are disappointed to hear that you had a poor experience with our recruiters. We understand salary negotiations can sometimes be a stressful. As part of job search, we are consciously making sure we’re helping manage those conversations as smoothly as possible. It is unfortunate to hear you had a poor experience in this regard; we would love to find out more about your experience so we can continue improving ourselves. Please reach out at inside@indeed.com for a confidential chat with our team.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Austin, TX)

      Interview

All day interviews with 7 different people that I had to take a day off for. They were asking questions by the book, technical and lots of whiteboard exercise. Didn't get the job and glad that they skipped me. They will give you 'perks' in exchange for a low salary. It's so minuscule ($20k less than my current salary), not sure how they think they can get away paying below market. Luckily I got another offer from another major company. I don't get a free lunch but I will earn $25k more than what I'm making now. Pick your battle I guess.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Lots of technical questions, some repeated during the 7 hours interview.
