3 interviews. First 2 were with someone directly involved with the team and went extremely well. 3rd one was with a young woman located in another country with no connection to the team I would be joining. She seemed to have no idea what was going on, was unprepared, asked me a lot of fluff questions that I thought I answered well. But she told the team that I was a no, and that was the end of it. Big waste of time for me.
