Incyte Associate Director interview questions

In-person interview with an HR rep, followed by the 2 hiring managers and 3 employees within the department. Besides HR I didn't feel like the interviewers were taking me seriously as a candidate and were too focused on whether they thought I would fit into their clique and not on my work experience. The hiring managers were condescending, 2 employees were relatively new and at least polite, and one employee (whom I recognized from college) was a total snob. I was so put off from the way I was treated I didn't bother following up to thank them for the interview afterwards. Glad I didn't get an offer. Thankfully landed a similar position elsewhere with kind and humble colleagues.
