Incubyte Data Engineer interview questions

The entire interview process was sloppy. I had 2 interview rounds. First-round was based on a technical assignment and the second round was an online interaction. After completing the first round I had to ping the HRs and ask about the final decision N number of times. Finally, when I went into the second round, I was just asked 2-3 basic SQL questions and the interview winded up in less than 15 minutes. There was no feedback provided on the assignment and no questions were asked based on that. They mention their strict hiring criteria all the time but based on the interview experience I'm not sure whether they are motivated to even hire anyone in the first place.
