The experience may vary depending on the interview panel. I recently attended an interview for a Data Entry-related role and wanted to share a balanced perspective for future candidates. The recruitment coordination process was smooth and professional. The HR representative was responsive, clear, and respectful throughout, which created a strong first impression of the organization. However, the interview experience itself felt quite different from that initial interaction. The discussion included several lines of questioning that seemed to go beyond the scope of the role, and at times leaned toward a more personal or confrontational tone rather than a structured, role-focused evaluation. The interview was easy, they didn't ask much, was fast, seemed like 10 mintues. They didnt seem uninterested. They seemed busy. They didn't ask about my skills just how I would react.
