I applied online. I interviewed at InVision Promotions in Sept 2022
Interview
She seemed eager and very genuine. Was transparent about everything. But was trying to downplay other companies which is a bad sign. Most companies get you by being like “our company is the best” blah blah

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at InVision Promotions (Dallas, TX) in Jun 2022
Interview
The interview process was strange. There were three interviewees and one interviewer. The interviewer did not clarify exactly what our role was. They only spoke about the sales aspect and not the marketing role in this position.
Hello, we appreciate your feedback! We are sorry to hear that you felt misled by the marketing position offered. We do conduct both sales and marketing activities. Since these activities are often intertwined it can be confusing to job seekers. If you wish to describe your issue in detail please write to careers@invisionpromotions.com and we will do our best to address your concerns. I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at InVision Promotions
Interview
The interview started off very well but it felt like I was being fed lines from every leadership book every written. Red flag one. I asked a questions that was basically are you looking for quality or quantity and they responded with quantity. Red flag two. And then I found out it’s not a salary position but every hire starts as a door knocker or cold caller and gets to move up “as fast as they want”. Red flag three. Basically I got the impression it was a giant pyramid scheme and then reading other reviews confirmed it.

Question 1

Thank you for sharing this with us, and for the time you invested in your application. Sorry to hear that our compensation structure wasn't what you were looking for. As you mentioned, we inform all candidates that they will be required to learn our direct strategies during their brand ambassador training. It’s important to note that we are not a pyramid scheme. We understand that our business model does not fit everyone’s career goals, but we believe that starting at entry-level positions before becoming a manager is crucial to building successful teams. We wish you the best of luck in your job search.
