I met with a recruiter and then the hiring manager. The hiring manager (director) seemed disinterested from the start, but I kept going. I felt I pulled the interview off really well and he even said he really liked me, after being a jerk throughout the interview. Two days later I got a generic rejection letter, I asked if I could have feedback to improve myself and they had none to give. I ended up getting a sweet gig somewhere else, so I am grateful that I didn’t get this one that I was over qualified for (in terms of tech). I did expect better from Invision during the process and I do not feel that I was treated with respect at all.
