Largely spoke about what ITCU does, how they operate, while weaving in "Wouuld you like this" questions. Was a very personal and familiar style of interview, the lady was very nice and we were able to make jokes to each other throughout. Was not too stern.

Long. Hiring process took around a month Including Fingerprinting, Drug screening and background checks. Everything was handled in a timely manner Keeping it convenient. Everything was handled virtually via Teams , DocuSign and emails.
