InService America Customer Service Representative interview questions

the call center director was doing the hiring. She called me and had a phone interview. Scheduled a one on one interview, gave me assessment tests, and invited me to training. To bad they overworked her and didn't value her, she left. She was the only real person who actually cared there.

Didn't have an interview. Just was called in for training. There was no interview I just started with the training classes. Class lasted for about a week I think but was very easy
