I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at InServ (Fuquay-Varina, NC) in Nov 2024
Interview
Initial phone interview with HR, then project manager, where we discussed Salary expectations and then scheduled an in-person interview. After taking off work and driving across town, the in-person interview did not go well because the project manager didn’t show up. So the only person I talked to after arriving was HR, who then explained the salary expectation could not be met.

Question 1
Are you willing to work for 30% less than originally stated salary expectation?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at InServ (Elkhart, IN) in May 2024
Interview
HR representative contacted me to inform me he was not in his office. He asked to contact me 15 minutes later. After speaking with the HR representative via Teams Meeting, we scheduled a half hour for an on site visit and panel interview with the compliance team.
The panel interview consisted of 3 team members and the hiring manager. One of the team members wasn’t there because he went to a concert the night before. Only two interviewers were engaged, hiring manager and one team member. The others were distracted by a scheduling conflict.
I walked the property and discussed the opportunity with the hiring manager.

Question 1
What would you do if someone in the office was being loud?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at InServ in Feb 2023
Interview
Initially, it was good, I had a nice screening with someone who found me on Indeed. Super excited to work with a team that thought I had value from the start. The first video interview was mediocre, with the call organizer missing ample opportunities to connect. The interviewers were less than engaging and primarily seemed to want to be anywhere else. When I went into the office for a second round interview, half of the interviewing team barely spoke and the other half only rehashed the initial interview. The main speaker allegedly had past experience leading a marketing team yet did not seem familiar with basic marketing practices. They have a suicide prevention poster as the only visual element in their hallway to the operations office. The office is not ADA friendly. The main interviewer inflated the number of potential candidates after each conversation. Weeks later, after prompting, I hear that the main interviewer left the company. A statement that cannot be corroborated by their LinkedIn profile page. I suspect that the people were trying to warn against this work environment.
