Question 1
Tell me about yourself and your background. Are you okay with a small company with a ton of ambiguity?
It was quick and easy. Very reasonable questions. Mainly all the questions were based off information from the resume. Interviewer was nice. Team was nice. It was very laid back.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at InBios International (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2022
Interview
Somewhat informal review from 1 to up to 6 different people. Teams in company are small but there is much overlap between groups so multiple representatives from applicable groups, often managers, will interview or vet new hires often. A quiz may be offered for more technical positions like research associates, engineers, or scientists
