Interview
You will complete an online application, and receive a phone call. Subsequently, you will be interviewed within a week and definitely hired w/in a week or so and one week training. There is a great amount of turnover. In-Pact is desperately seeking employees and with the economy and difficulty with successful employment, people are likewise desperate.

Interview
I was completely impressed with the interview process. It involved future co-workers, two immediate supervisors, the director and the HR person. Each person was allowed to ask as many questions as they wanted. The questions ranged from personal to professional, accomplishments to weaknesses, and organizational skills to conflict resolution skills. There was time to ask questions of your own as well. Notice how many chairs are in the room and be ready to explain natural supports.
