I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Folsom, CA) in May 2011
Interview
Pretty low stress. Entry level job at a fast food joint, not a very intense interview. They just want to make sure you smile and are friendly. If you can form coherent sentences with a smile on your face you basically get the job.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Windcrest, TX)
Interview
The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
