I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Chula Vista, CA) in May 2018
Interview
It was a group interview, but it was clear the manager was only focusing on one person. It didn’t seem very fair and didn’t seem like the rest of us had a chance because he kept asking her the questions directly and looking at her. He was kind of rude, totally different vibe than you would get in the restaurant as a customer.
