I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger in May 2013
Interview
I applied online and within 2 days I got a call from the manager asking if I was still interested and we set up an interview for 3 days later. It's time for the interview and I get there 30 mins. Early and end up having my interview earlier than expected by 2 of the 3 store managers. They were very friendly and asked me simple questions like tell me about yourself, why do you want to work at in n out, why do you think you are right for the job... Overall an easy layed back interview and they explained what the job duties were and told me they would be calling me in a few days...about 4 days went by and I got the call with a job offer that I accepted. :)

Question 1
None of the questions were unexpected but my least favorite was describing a time I had to deal with an I-rate customer.
The interview process was pretty easy, they wanna make sure you smile and that you can treat customers well. They also look for if you are well groomed and ultimately, if you are someone who can articulate yourself well.

Question 1
They asked me how could I make a great impact there.
It was pretty good, though they made me wait a bit long. I got in and they asked me about myself and past experiences. They asked about my availability and why would Iw want to work at this company.
