I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger in Jun 2012
Interview
I feel that this was the most unprofessional interview that I've ever completed. I walk in on time, and ask for the person interviewing me. She emerges five minutes later to tell me that she'll be "with me in a few". Twenty minutes later she re-emerges and we go outside to have the interview.
She asks only three things:1. Describe yourself. 2. What are your hobbies? 3. What's your availability?
I answer all of these, and she simply nods, says I was "pleasant", and then says that if she had anymore questions she'd call.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Windcrest, TX)
Interview
The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
I applied online and they asked why I wanted to work at In-N-Out burger (250 character limit), They emailed me a week or two later and set a date for a interview.
