I applied online and then had 3 interviews over the course of a month with different managers. After being hired, I had to wait to order shoes and pants. Then started a week of training which involved watching a ton of videos.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.

They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
