I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Seaside, CA) in Aug 2016
Interview
I sent in an online resume and got an email from them about a week later saying that I was invited to an interviewing event that Saturday. I went in and we were split off into groups of four and met with the division manager, who asked us several questions before saying we were all qualified and that he would talk to the store manager about 1 on 1 interviews. I was the first in my group to interview with the store manager, and at the end she said "I like you" and hired me on the spot.
The interview process was pretty easy, they wanna make sure you smile and that you can treat customers well. They also look for if you are well groomed and ultimately, if you are someone who can articulate yourself well.
