I applied in-person. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger
Interview
Interviewed with the Store Manager and was asked questions relating to the job and my career goals. The manager took a more personal approach to interviewing, although very professional. I was asked about my long and short term academic and career goals. The fact that all new hires start at the bottom and work their way up was emphasized. Even the store manager who interviewed was initially hired for the same position I was applying for. Overall, the interview process was very positive.

Interview
I was called in for two interviews. The interview clothes I wore were business casual. They were super friendly and nice. Asked where I saw myself in 5 years. What my goals were. What three words described me and what I could bring to the team.
I applied online. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2019
Interview
I applied online, and soon got an email back with a date and time for an interview. I was 16 at the time and was a tad bit intimidated. There was about 40 other people there at the time, and there were 3 rounds of questions that everyone had to answer. One question that I remember answering had to do with sharing an example of personal integrity. Around 10 people were eliminated each round, and I got a call back the next afternoon saying I got the job! Super easy process if you are organized and on top of things :)
