First, I had a ~50 minutes interview (that was scheduled to be 30 minutes. This wasn't really an interview but more of an intro conversation (general banal questions: describe the system, difficulties you had etc.). In the end the interviewer said that the next stage is a home assignment that should take ~1 day and it should be submitted within a week. I said it's quite a lot for me (I'm working and have family...) but said I'll try. 2 days later she sent me the homework. it stated there that it's estimated to take 2-3 days (!!!), and that afterwards there will be scheduled another half day (!!!) technical interview and if you pass it you'll be moved on to another HR interview. This was really too much for me and I emailed them that I won't do it. in my opinion they think too high of themselves.
