Overall process was very basic , the check confidence level and communication skills. Start with the very basic and common question. Tell me about yourself then ask about experience and education. Then ask some questions related to the applied position which is food service service worker worker position.

I was Very disappointed taking 3 interviews on different day, with different people from their respective dept & above them with the waiting of 1 to 1.5 hour, they didn't even bother to respond or inform us whether we are selected or rejected. They demand highly qualified & experienced people with the salary of a fresher, intermediate or bachelors. Such management should focus & evalute their HR dept & their hiring process. Moreover, why there are so frequent vacancies? Why people are not staying there? Why do we see frequent vacancy for same post over & over again? Think before applying, save your time.. They are not worth it.
