The interviewing process consisted of quite a lot of steps but everything was moving very fast. Everybody at the company I spoke to was incredibly nice, professional, and helpful in every aspect possible. The HR team made sure to organize regular calls to keep me updated on what was happening. Here are the parts of the interviewing process: - Initial chat with the HR, talking about prior experiences and the company mission. - A screening interview with the hiring manager, talking about previous experiences and projects in a more in-depth, technical manner - A quick tech screening interview with a simple React assignment. - A 2-hour technical interview, designing a slightly more complex React app. - A final interview with the CEO, talking more about the company's mission and my motivations for joining the company.
