Interview
Phone interviews followed up by a day of onsite. I got an automated rejection and their HR never responded to my emails after the interviews although they promised they would give a custom feedback. It was totally expected though since they had communication problems before the onsite as well. Their business is still unstable, different people give very different answers when they're asked questions about the company and its vision, and they have extremely bad working conditions (dirty office, no sunlight, bad food). Their team is young & smart though, which is the only good thing about them. There are much better alternatives, it's definitely not a good place to work for now.

Interview
Did a one hour interview on hackerrank or something like hackerrank. Consisted of two questions, first one was a very easy or easy level interview question. Second one was quite hard and would probably be ranked a medium or hard type. Essentially being good at interview questions will help pass this phase
Technical questions -> non-technical video interview -> on site interview after that probably but I didn't get to this stage
Technical questions were alright. Video interview questions were basic but the interviewer didn't seem very interested at all.

Interview
Initial HR interview leads into a technical screen that gauges technical ability, then a 2 stage onsite interview(held remotely due to covid) consisting of a behavioural(1 interviewer) and a technical interview(2 interviewers). The final stage is a 'final fit' interview where an engineering manager for the team you are applying to will cover anything that's been missed in your behavioural interviews and then just gauge the fit for the team and the role.
The recruiter was excellent, consistently communicating all necessary information and just generally being welcoming throughout the process. The interviewers themselves were all great, happy to discuss any questions I had that were not protected by NDA or other issues, and were generally welcoming and made the process feel less like an interview and more like a conversation.
