I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Imperyo (Wembley, England) in May 2015
Interview
The interview took 3 days.
Everyone was really nice and left a good impression. I met with the head HR, a lovely girl who initially booked my appointment. Then the first interview was with one of the managers, he was very brief, but thorough with the job role.
I was invited back for a second interview and went to Observe one of the more senior staff members. She was doing the promotional aspect of the job and was great at it, we were located in Tesco in Wembley and I had a lot of fun, but also understood a lot more about the job and what skills can be learned.
Then the next day I was called for a third interview with the same manager that did my first. He offered me the position and I was very happy about it.

Interview
The interview process was very systematic and clean. Everything was explained thoroughly on what to expect, and how to tackle the challenges that are expected. It was also very useful to do the practical during the process, to see what is required in the business. The information provided about the phases, promotions, and developmental system was very thorough and helped me understand what to go for and achieve within the business.
