I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Imperial London Hotels (London, England) in Feb 2024
Interview
I entered the hotel and was met by the Marketing Director, she then took me up to a quiet meeting room and I met the Brand Manager, both lovely and welcoming. The interview then went ahead with me presenting on my laptop, the creative task that was set a good 2 weeks before the interview. I was asked about my design decisions and then my previous experiences. The meeting overran and was honestly a really nice experience overall. When I was rejected from the role, the Marketing Manager, who was nice enough to take the time to to give me a call, kindly gave me feedback, which I greatly appreciated.
