The interview was fine, very generic interview questions and perhaps a slightly outdated approach (I never understand why teams feel they need to be stearn and unfriendly during an interview) but my main objection with the process was that I wasn’t ever told the result of the interview. I understand not having the capacity to give feedback in earlier stages but to not give any feedback or even a response when a candidate has taken time out of their work to come to an interview and prepared a presentation is extremely rude. Glad to have avoided working at a place that treat others this way.
