I applied online. I interviewed at Impact in Mar 2019
Interview
I answered some written questions, submitted a cover letter and resume, and soon got an invite to a first round interview. I got an email confirming the time (I triple checked the time) and telling me I had to call the interviewer. When I did, she seemed surprised that I was calling and caught off guard that we even had an interview. She told me she was going into a meeting and she would have somebody follow up with me. I called the director of recruitment to see what to do next, got a voicemail, left a message, and never heard back from anyone. Needless to say I am no longer interested in this job.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Impact (Washington, DC) in Mar 2018
Interview
Made it to the second round of interviewing but was not offered the job. This organization has an environmental focus and I was not very well versed in that. They say they do many types of campaigns but I think the reality is they are environmentally focused. Organization is a little disorganized but everyone I met with was very smart and nice, and most importantly passionate.
