I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Impact Creative Recruitment in Feb 2022
Interview
The interview process was quick and easy. Of course I had to follow the standard steps, like getting in touch and sending my CV, having an interview with my consultant to discuss my experience and what I was looking for, then she suggested 2 roles, of which, I was only interested in 1. Unfortunately, that role was put on hold, but she quickly suggested a new role, which I liked. Once I confirmed I was interested, she sent my CV to the company. They liked my CV, so they invited me for a first interview on Teams. Then, I had a second interview, which was supposed to be face-to-face, but as I was out of town, my consultant helped me to arrange it via Teams again. Finally, they offered the job via Impact. Their service was amazing and they were so helpful. They followed up 3 months later, to make sure I was still happy. I would highly recommend Impact!

I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Impact Creative Recruitment
Interview
Felt the interview process was well organised and both directors kept me updated as to what to expect next. I had to come in on 3 different occasions due to working full time, Impact was understanding and worked around my schedule.
They have a good selection of creative roles across the industry. I would always look to speak to Impact if I were looking for a role.
However, the last few interviews I was encourage to attend I never received feedback from Impact. I was only contacted a few months later with another role that may be suitable for me (it wasn't).
So good level of roles, not enough of a robust feedback process.
