Interview on the job and prepared food for sampling. Wasn't difficult or easy, just okay; everything went fine, great group of people. Wouldnt hesitate to go for it again. We all need to come together.

Very painstakingly easy yet thorough and professional. Was made aware of the companies policies and how busy the company is in making sure they have quality care for all of their residents. Was asked a lot of questions to help make myself more aware of even my experience in being able to help residents have a wonderful experience during their time at Immanuel Lutheran.

Slow process, lack of follow up for timeline and expectations. When asked to participate in phone then face to face interview to receive no contact after is unprofessional. An email or call would be nice with an update even if they are moving forward with a different candidate
