I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Imajery (Montreal, QC) in Jan 2022
Interview
Unprofessional. I was very much interested in the role and applied on LinkedIn. A manager messaged me and ask for 2 introduction videos (yayy). After I send the videos, he just messaged me that he would contact me if my candidacy is considered. I followed up with him later with no reply.
Few weeks later, I saw the job became available again and reapply. This time, he asked for an interview, but using the same template, "Hi, thank you for your application..." (I doubt he even remembered that I had applied before). The interview went okay, but in the end he just said "We are still talking with candidates and will get back to you if you are selected". I followed up back with no response.
My advice: please, if you don't select a candidate, let them know. Don't leave people hanging. It is disrespectful

Interview
It was a pretty bad experience. The interview was conducted online. The interviewer was condescending. During the process, the person kept reading on the screen instead of having a real conversation with me. Also, they promised to give an answer after a week no matter what, but they never did. Pretty unrespectful.

Interview
The person who called wasn't HR, but the hiring manager. I never spoke to an interviewer who is this condescending. He tries to make you feel stupid and questions whether what you wrote on your resume is true. He judges you when you don't know what he expects you to know based on your other experiences even though you honestly told him that you have no experience in what he is asking for. They are offering an entry level part-time job, but they want someone with experience. The call ended with an obvious "no, you don't have any experience and you're not smart enough" feeling in his tone.
I expect someone half of your experience to know the answer to the next question. If this happens, then what would you do? (Even when you have no previous experience related to this and you already told him, so you don't know what experience he is talking about)
