Well.. to start it was a total of 6 rounds + 1 HR round in the end (which was unnecessary).
Firstly, I got a call from the hr of the company and it was a small round of interview.
My main interview (1st round) was finalised with the business head, then I gave an interview to the marketing head, then the 3rd round was with another business head, 4th round with the same business head again, 5th round was with the panel including CEO itself and 4 other people, 6th round with the training head and 7th was with the HR.
In the meanwhile i was asked to complete 2 projects which I did on time and was appreciated for my work. It was a very positive feedback from one of the business heads. And after giving my entire time for over 2 weeks I didn't even get a feedback about my candidature.
Well, I'm unemployed currently but it doesn't mean my time is of no value. After this much of mental harrasment atleast a candidate deserves to know the grounds of his/her rejections. Very pathetic experience and it was completely heart broken for me as I'm desperately looking for a job and the management simply played with my hopes and emotions.
My words may not sound practical but yes afterall I'm a human and not a robot and hence I deserve a proper feedback, also its the basic minimum responsibility of the HRs of any company.
