The interviews are set up to get to know the interviewee as a person. Experience doesn't necessarily matter. Ike's is more interested in if your personality will fit in with the rest of the crew. Anyone can make a sandwich... But are you able have fun while working. Your coworkers really make the work environment what it is.

Interview
It was fast and easy, with questions that aren't hard to answer. The time of the interview took only four to five minutes to complete. But now I believe the process can take up to two rounds.
