4 interviews 1st online application 2nd telephone 3rd 2 hour zoom call 4th 1 hour video call.... More stressful as went on... To many questions over 15 scenario questions on. Last interview... Unhappy with being told many people stay for a couple of months and then leave as unaware of how busy it gets. Seemed to of wasted my Time wanted me to use STAR technique for questions and that seemed odd. Never had four interviews... Seemed to lead me on a lot and thought I might have a job offer don't think they wanted to give me a job

First two stages went well seemed like a great company not your typical organisation was informal friendly and relaxing .
Final stage there were 10 competency questions thrown in to answer within an hour which you’re bombarded with and I feel is abit absurd . I have many years of customer service experience along within the energy industry . I was told my answers were not in depth enough when it seems clearly they were looking for someone who was not over qualified for the role , also little to no probing was done throughout it seemed quite scripted .
Team leaders all seemed welcoming friendly and explained everything well .

Interview
Very quick response after applying for the role which was great. There was an informal telephone interview to find out more about each other, a group interview which was fun and refreshing with role play exercises and a third interview with Team Leaders who were incredibly friendly and made the whole process a joy to be a part of.
