Our company has a close knit team of full-time staff that work in the office, so my interview was held in their conference room with a panel of 5 of the office staff including one of the owners. They asked questions about my work history and were very open to listening to stories of past positive and negative experiences. They shared the company vision and values with me and when I left I thought the interview had gone very well and that I would love to work with them.
My second interview was with one of the account managers over coffee at Starbucks, she wasn't able to be at the first one. We chatted about work ethics and my work history. It was a nice "get to know you" interview.
