I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Idyllic Software (Pune)
Interview
The interview process was a simple one without any unnecessary questions. Also, the questions asked were pretty much to the point and purpose for the job that was applied for.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Idyllic Software (Pune)
Interview
I applied through their websites. It's pretty cool website. Just check for their openings and see if you are a good match for them. While filling the application form, they ask why do u want to join kind of questions. Write something interesting as it adds more weight.
I applied this way and got a call the next day. They asked me to come to their office which is in pune station. I applied for front end developer position. The interview went well as there were several questions on Object oriented JS, HTML, nodeJs, express and overall web technologies. There were 3 questions where I had to code.(Coding questions involved some brief knowledge of prototypes and some algoritjmic knowledge. One suggestion write clean, modular code which has scope for satisfying conditions which the interviewer is going to ask you once you finish the part).
After that I got call for next round, which was basically the salary negotiation.
I liked the office. It's cool environment, see their photos on their site. (They offer free beer on Friday). Some people were playing counter strike while my interview was going on.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Idyllic Software (Mumbai) in May 2016
Interview
It takes 3-4 rounds of interviews along with coding tests. The first round is with the HR who I believe tries to identify communication and attitude. The second round was the founder. He is technical but does not gruel you too hard. The third round was a 1:1 phone with a technical lead. This was very technical which ends with a coding test. The last round was another 1:1 in person meeting which was technical as well as personal.
