My interview process with IdeasUnlimited was great. The entire process was smooth and timely. Everything was handled very professionally and completed within a week. The recruiters were friendly, communicative, and supportive throughout each step.

It was a bit lengthy, but the documents provided explained everything in detail. Furthermore, the recruiter was quite nice and explained the process, as well as answered my queries promptly. I was a bit nervous and unsure as this was a remote position and I was applying for work remotely for the first time.

Interview
One of the worst experiences and a complete waste of time with people who don't have enough experience to interview professional employees. I had an interview for a remote customer support position in German Language, and the person who interviewed me only spoke English and had the false impression that my previous experience was in English, so my German language skills weren't sufficient! How can someone who doesn't speak German evaluate someone who does speak German? What is even stranger is that she didn't give me the opportunity to take a test, whether it be Excel, writing emails, or even speaking with someone who speaks German to discuss the job and test my language skills. She just rejected my application !!!!!!

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of applications for the German Customer Support role, the competition is strong and open positions are limited. Please note that the requirement for this role was excellent fluency in the English language as well as German language as most of the internal communication would be mainly done in English.
