I was interviewing for a Product Manager opportunity within Ideal Industries. I interviewed with the HR recruiter and what I thought was the hiring manager . During the interview a few red flags came up. They were going through transition in management and the person I was interviewing with would not be my future supervisor. The job had been open for 9 months. To found the previous employee on LinkedIn and he was there for roughly a year or so . He moved on to another company. I sensed that they wanted to fill the roll for the next supervisor. Typically a bad idea since ideally supervisors like to build their own team.
