A recruiter looked over my resume and gave me a brief overview of the position. The district manager took an hour to meet and interview me. I appreciated at the start of the meeting she asked me about me and my passions. This made me comfortable and less anxious about the interview questions. I had one last quick interview with a district manager outside of the region I was being considered for.

Challenging but they care about who they’re bringing on board. I really felt like they were asking questions regarding how I would handle different situations and see if can handle them which is good for the overall company.

Very fast and machine gun-like, never really inquiring about me, just shot out questions. Uneducated and unskilled interview process. They hire a lot of dumb people at Ideal Image, which is great indicator of the trash working there.
