It was pretty short. Just few questions from the interviewer. So was not very clear what kind of people they were looking for. No experience required, and the job itself sounded pretty modest.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ichibanya (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2020
Interview
The Senior Managers were pretty straightforward with the interview process as you should already have few years of kitchen/server experience under your belt. It's one of those positions that sort of falls in your lap naturally as you gain more experience working with the same franchise and people notice your performance and favorable work ethics.
