Icertis Software QA Engineer interview questions

I was contacted directly via company HR. First I was sent an online test which was to be completed from home. Online test was good and questions were of medium complexity. It was contacting questions on various topics like locators, Java, Selenium and manual testing. Then started the worst part of the hiring process. I was asked to join the interview but interviewer didn't even joined. I contacted HR and he said we will schedule it next week and next week again the same happened. This time I became pissed off this company and informed HR that I am not interested in giving interview and HR started giving me lame reasons of interview panel being not available. If you can't value applicants time, then better don't schedule interviews.
