I interviewed at Iceland Foods (Swindon, Wiltshire, South West England, England)
Interview
Was alright. They have a bias against teenage workers which made the whole interview pointless but the actual experience wasn’t terrible. Workers were kind and the back was an okay space, even if the interview itself was awkward and clearly biased against me getting an offer.
Thank you for sharing your interview experience and we are glad to hear you found the team kind and the overall environment welcoming. We are sorry to hear you felt aspects of the process were not fair, as we aim to give every candidate an equal opportunity. Your feedback is helpful & we wish you the best going forward.

I interviewed at Iceland Foods (Coventry, England)
Interview
It was Ok but they had me waiting around for ages before it started. Questions were simple enough but didn't get the job.
Seemed like a nice enough place to work and the staff were friendly.
